‘Deeksha’

S Quotient helps organizations run their campus relationship programs. We also help a lot of organizations hire from campuses across the country. The campuses include Engineering Colleges, Business Schools and other Graduate Colleges.

S Quotient, developed deep insights into what competencies and skills do employers look for in a potential candidate. Using these insights, S Quotient has devised a Program named ‘Deeksha’ for the students at campus.

‘Deeksha’ is an Employability improvement program , which helps students to improvise their performance on various competencies and skills.
